Fulcrum Loans was founded in 2015 by its two directors Jeff Salomon and Huy Luu in order to complement their existing financial service offering to clients to meet their lending requirements and to help new clients build their wealth.
Jeff and Huy saw a gap in the market with their own clients who may have started their wealth accumulation with buying a property but over time found they needed holistic advice to protect and build their wealth in the long term. Many clients lacked strong or ongoing relationships with their bank or mortgage broker to help them with their ongoing needs.
Jeff and Huy have worked together for many years in financial services providing bespoke advice to clients across a multitude of life stages. We share a common vision to create a business with a dedicated focus on providing personalised lending solutions to our clients.
